Terms for the Silo website, universal account and creator Platform during early access.
Using Silo
Use Silo lawfully, protect your account credentials and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or disrupt the service. Access to a product depends on the entitlement attached to your universal account.
Your material and permissions
You retain your rights in the material you provide. Upload, share or submit only material you have permission to use, and grant collaborators access deliberately. Silo processes and delivers material to provide the features and services you request; uploading a file is not a transfer of ownership.
Credits, splits and approvals
Check participant identities, credits, percentages and the exact version before approving a publication or agreement. A record in Silo does not by itself establish copyright ownership or replace required clearance. Revoking future access does not undo a historical approval or another participant’s ownership.
Service requests and AI
A request is not a guarantee of provider acceptance, a successful match, distribution, revenue or a legal outcome. Automated recommendations and technical reports may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the evidence and use your own judgment before changing a mix, sharing files or making consequential decisions.
Charges and availability
Review the price, scope and applicable purchase terms before authorizing a paid service. A Platform subscription does not imply that every per-use service or transaction is included. Refunds and cancellations depend on the relevant purchase terms and applicable law; these preview terms do not waive statutory rights.
Early-access limitations
Features may change or be unavailable during early access. Keep your own copies of important source files and agreements. A release plan or service status is not proof of an external outcome unless the relevant delivery evidence is available.
Third-party services
External storage, payment, model and delivery providers have their own terms and availability. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in public project notes or support submissions.
