Privacy notice
How Silo handles account, project, support and service-request information during early access.
Scope
This early-access notice covers the Silo website, universal account and creator Platform. Product-specific notices and purchase terms may also apply. Contact hello@thesilo.app with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
Silo stores account and profile information, project files and versions, collaboration settings, credits and split records, service requests, feedback and support messages that you choose to submit. Requests can also contain contact details and links to files hosted by another provider.
How information is used
Information supports sign-in, access control, song and release workflows, collaboration, service fulfilment, support and operational records. Technical logs and security records help diagnose failures and prevent abuse. Optional email updates depend on your notification settings.
Sharing and service providers
Project sharing follows the access you grant. Operators may access material needed to fulfil a service request. Hosting, authentication, storage, email, payment and selected AI providers process information needed for the relevant feature. Files shared through another service are also subject to that service’s policies.
AI-assisted features
When you invoke an AI-assisted feature, relevant prompts and project evidence may be sent to its configured model provider. Analysis and recommendations can be wrong and do not establish ownership, clearance or legal rights. Avoid putting unnecessary personal or confidential information in prompts.
Storage and browser state
Silo uses browser storage and authentication state to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. Server records include project history, approvals, service evidence and operational audit events. Deleting a browser session does not delete the underlying account or project.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the available account and project controls to correct information or revoke sharing. For access, export or deletion requests, contact hello@thesilo.app from your account email. Requests may require identity verification. Records needed for security, agreements, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained; revoking collaboration does not erase another participant’s owned material or historical agreements.

Material changes to this notice will be reflected here with an updated date. Review the applicable notice before using a newly introduced service.
